Prefects are appointed every year to assist in maintaining
discipline on the campus. The acquisition of these coveted
posts instills in them qualities of leadership and creates
a sense of responsibility in the office bearers towards
the demands of their office. It is an honour that only
the most deserving among the senior students are rewarded
with. Not only does this give them a chance to work collectively
but also gives them a feeling of being involved in the
activities of the College. The ultimate honour is being
chosen College Captain.
The prefects are invited to attend all the functions of
the College along with the faculty. They must persevere
to maintain high standards of discipline on the College
Campus as well as elsewhere, failing which they can be
relieved of their responsibility or replaced with a suitable
substitute by a competent authority.

Parents are welcome to meet the Director, any of the
Principals or the faculty to ascertain the progress of
their wards.
Parents should attend all Parent Teacher Meetings. In
case they are unable to attend a meeting, the Principal
will be glad to answer their inquiries as and when it
is possible for such parents to visit the College, provided
they have fixed up an appointment with him in advance.
Principals can be interviewed on any working day between
9 and 11 A. M.
Parents of the Resident Scholars should make it a point
to meet the House Masters as and when it is convenient
to them.
